How does the AI skin scan work?
SeoulGlo uses advanced AI to analyze your skin from a photo. Simply take a selfie or upload a photo, and the AI will assess your skin type, concerns, and provide personalized K-Beauty product recommendations.
Are my photos stored?
Photos are processed in real-time for analysis and are not permanently stored on our servers unless you choose to save a scan. You can delete your scan history at any time from the Settings menu.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to manage or cancel your subscription.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings menu within the app. This will permanently remove all your scan history, skin profile data, and account information.
The scan isn't working. What should I do?
Make sure you have good lighting, your face is clearly visible, and you've granted camera permissions. If the issue persists, try restarting the app or contact us at the email below.
