Welcome to SeoulGlo. By downloading, accessing, or using the SeoulGlo application, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SeoulGlo, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to use SeoulGlo for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. You may not modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App or its content.

3. AI Analysis Disclaimer

SeoulGlo uses artificial intelligence to analyze skin conditions and recommend K-Beauty products. The AI-generated results are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified dermatologist or healthcare professional for skin health concerns.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated skin analysis or product recommendation. Results may vary and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use SeoulGlo
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree not to upload inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or misuse the AI analysis system
• You will not use the App for any unlawful purpose

5. Subscriptions & Payments

SeoulGlo may offer premium features through subscription plans. Subscriptions are managed through RevenueCat and processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Billing, cancellation, and refund policies are governed by the respective app store's terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SeoulGlo, nor its owners, developers, partners, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App; (ii) any AI-generated content or recommendations; (iii) any errors or inaccuracies in the skin analysis; (iv) any allergic reactions or adverse effects from recommended products; and (v) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your data.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of SeoulGlo after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
