How does Soulwell use AI?
Soulwell uses AI to help you reflect on your prayers by surfacing patterns, connecting answered prayers to current struggles, and matching relevant Scripture to what you've written — not random verses, but contextually meaningful passages.
Are my prayers private?
Yes. Your prayers are deeply personal and we treat them as sacred. We do not sell, rent, or share your prayer entries with third parties for marketing or advertising. Prayer data is only processed by AI to provide you with reflections and insights.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Go to your device's subscription settings to manage or cancel your subscription.
How do I delete my account?
You can delete your account and all associated data from the Settings menu within the app. This will permanently remove all your prayer entries, reflections, and account information.
Can I export my prayers?
If you need a copy of your prayer data, please contact us at the email below and we'll help you with your request.
